HARPER ROTARY CALCINER
High Temperature Rotary Furnace
Our Harper Rotary Tube Furnace is designed for our unique specifications.
They’ve brought their innovative solutions and designs for continuous processing of our advanced materials in high purity and specialty atmosphere environments with temperatures that can reach up to 1050°C.
The furnace can handle up to 8 kgs/hr (based on Al2O3), and we can employ a counter-flow gas using Nitrogen or Argon.
The absence of moving parts in the tube support system provides a simple, reliable, robust design that enhances scalability.
The H22 alloy tube measures at 9.63 inches in diameter and 135 inches long with anywhere from 1 to 5 rotations per minute at up to a 3° angle. Other tubes can also be ordered to meet your needs.
By tumbling the product within the tube we are better suited to reach high degrees of temperature uniformity and gas-solid contact, producing a more homogenous product, reducing processing times and increasing production rates.
Harper approaches the design of a rotary furnace and calciner as a complete system, with the ability to incorporate process control systems, gas treatment and handling, turnkey installation and complete field commissioning.
SENTRO TECH 1700C
High Temperature Box Furnace
The ST-1700C Modified air atmosphere furnace has High Quality 1800°C 6mm/12mm Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) Heating Elements, allowing it to quickly reach temperatures up to 1600°C and is equipped with a double shell design to ensure low level of heat outside of the furnace.
The Over Temperature Protection, automatically shuts off the furnace if the operating temperature exceeds the pre-set maximum, makes it perfect for any production scale applications.
These furnaces are designed with 30 Segment Easy Use Programmable Temperature Controller, excellent temperature uniformity, long lasting performance, and safe operations.
FLACKTEK SPEEDMIXER DAC 1100.1 FVZ-HV
Laboratory-sized Speed Mixer
The DAC 400-1100 SpeedMixers™ are laboratory-sized instruments for the rapid mixing and grinding of materials that would otherwise require large amounts of time and / or effort to mix and / or grind.
Each DAC 400-1100 series has 20 mixing profiles and 5 optional vacuum profiles that can be digitally set and saved by the user.
By selecting pre-optimized mix profiles, one can repeatably and quickly process a huge variety of materials with or without vacuum, all inside a disposable container.
The larger weight and volume availability in this range of machines allows users to mix multiple samples at one time or to use unique non-plastic containers for mixing.

CHEVALIER FSG-1224ADIII
High-Precision Automatic Surface Grinder
The FSG-ADIII series features standard surface grinding programs and a plunge grinding cycle.
The auto feed and index table has a working size of 300 x 600 mm and speeds of 16-82 fpm.
With a diameter of 14 inches the grinding wheel spins at 1750 rpm.
An optional crisscross or zigzag and a CBN dressing cycle can be incorporated as well as a fully automatic grinding mode which consists of rough and fine grinding cycles.
The device switches at preset points during the cycle from rough grinding down feed increments to fine grinding down feed increments, resulting in a finer surface finish and better accuracy.
MIYACHI UNITEK 500
500 Watt Fiber Laser Welder
Laser Welding is a welding technology that produces a high intensity light beam and focuses it into one spot to create fine, deep welding and high welding speeds.
The laser light is generated in an active fiber and guided by a flexible delivery fiber, an important feature for many methods of material processing such as cutting, welding, marking and engraving.
Fiber lasers are available in both Continuous and Pulsed delivery.
Continuous Wave lasers deliver an uninterrupted output while the Pulsed Fiber lasers deliver a pulse energy which is typically 10 to 20 times higher than their average power.
The Miyachi Unitek 500 also features a Programmable 4-Axis with 5th linear axis capability, rotary chuck, and cover gas availability.
GLASS DRAW/EXTRUSION TOWER
Used for drawing or extruding glass
When glass billets can only be produced in small diameter sizes because of homogeneity issues, expense, product requirements, or for non-production applications; a billet glass extruder is the best option.
Our glass extrusion tower is able to start with a billet that is up to 6 inches in diameter and up to 18 inches in length and then achieve extrusions of up to 4 feet in length.
The furnace is capable of reaching temperatures all the way up to 1,100°C.
The laboratory scale draw tower features an in process dimensional feed-back capability on the draw tower along with auto cut-offs and video jet marking capability.
The structural frame holds a furnace that can reach temperatures of 1,100°C making it perfectly capable of meeting your glass drawing needs.
